Visual Quick Workflow
Select a heading to see exactly what needs to be done at that step.
1. Workspace
Enter diameter, stock length and project zone; upload Excel/CSV or add manual rows.
👤 1. Account, Login and Team Invitation
- Registration and login: Register from the homepage with your name, email and password. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by email to access the workspace.
- Team connection: Company code cannot be changed manually for security reasons. Add teammates from the Team Management screen; invited users activate their account with the invitation code and join the company pool.
📊 2. Starting a New Analysis
- Project information: In the workspace, select rebar diameter, main stock length and optionally enter the zone/project name.
- Adding the cutting list:
- Excel/CSV: Upload .xlsx, .xls, .csv or .txt files with Length in column A, Quantity in column B and Position in column C.
- Manual entry: Add position, length and quantity line by line.
- Virtual stock: Select usable pieces from the company shared stock and include them in the analysis. - Once all data is ready, click the "Start Analysis" button.
⚙️ 3. Critical Parts and Optimization Result
- Critical part check: CutRB separates pieces that cannot be cut efficiently from standard stock or require custom ordering.
- Custom length selection: Choose special order lengths where needed. This directly affects final waste and total savings.
- Result comparison: Review initial waste, final waste, net engineering tonnage and savings before confirming the analysis.
🏷️ 4. Detailed Report, Labels and QR Tracking
- Detailed report: Each bar shows cut pieces, remaining waste, custom orders and virtual stock usage.
- QR and single labels: The top Print Labels button creates the full label set. If a field worker loses a paper label, use the Single Label link on the right side of the Summary Cutting Plan row to reprint only that row. When a QR code is scanned, the related cutting row is marked as completed.
- Excel/PDF/CNC outputs: Use the top buttons to create management reports, Excel files or machine/CNC compatible CSV outputs.
🏢 5. Archive, Virtual Stock and Team Performance
- Virtual Stock: Store reusable leftover pieces in the company shared pool and use them in future analyses.
- Analysis Archive: View past analyses. Deleting from archive only hides the record from the archive screen; it does not remove tonnage, waste or savings from team performance reports.
- Team Management and Balance: Send invitations, monitor user limits, review team tonnage, initial/final waste and savings by date range. Manage package and credit status from the balance screen.
✅ 6. Recommended Daily Workflow
- Check virtual stock first, then enter diameter, stock length and zone/project information in the workspace.
- Upload your Excel/CSV file or enter manual rows; select virtual stock pieces if needed.
- Confirm the analysis, print all QR labels or a row-level single label, track cutting status on site and keep the report in the archive.
